Built for Students, Not Shareholders
We built this tool because we were students once too — and we know how frustrating it is to hit a paywall right before an exam. Here’s what makes our Studocu downloader different from the rest.

Most documents are ready in under 10 seconds. No spinning wheels, no email confirmations, no waiting in line behind other users.

Real Questions from Real Students
We’ve answered the most common questions below. If something isn’t covered here, feel free to try the tool — it’s self-explanatory once you see it in action.
Yes, genuinely free. No hidden charges, no “free trial” that expires, no premium plan required. We don’t charge students anything — you can use this tool as many times as you need, on as many documents as you want, with zero limits.
Open Studocu in your browser and go to the document page you want to download. Click on your browser’s address bar — the URL will look something like studocu.com/en/document/university-name/subject/document-title/12345678. Select all of it and copy it, then paste it into the input box above.
Our tool uses a proxy server that retrieves the full document on your behalf, which means it works on most publicly listed Studocu documents — including those that show a blur or require a subscription to view on the website. Documents that are genuinely private or unpublished by their author are not retrievable by any tool.
You can download any type of document hosted on Studocu — lecture notes, exam summaries, practice questions, assignments, textbook chapters, lab reports, essays, and more. As long as it has a public Studocu URL, the tool should be able to retrieve it as a PDF.
This is a normal browser behaviour caused by cross-origin security settings — it’s not an error. In the new tab that opened, simply press Ctrl+S on Windows/Linux or Cmd+S on Mac to save it as a PDF. Alternatively, right-click anywhere on the page, choose Print, and then select “Save as PDF” from the destination menu.
Not at all. This is a pure browser-based web tool — there’s nothing to install, no Chrome extension to add, and no app to download. It works in any modern browser including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Brave on any operating system including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
This tool is designed for personal, non-commercial educational use. Many documents on Studocu are uploaded by students who retain the copyright. Always use downloaded materials for your own private study and respect the intellectual property of the original authors. Do not redistribute, resell, or publish documents without the permission of the person who created them.
A few things can cause this: the document may be truly private, the proxy service may be temporarily busy, or the URL you pasted might be incomplete. Try copying the link again directly from your browser address bar and make sure it starts with studocu.com. If the issue persists, click “Open in New Tab” as an alternative — you can then save the page manually as a PDF using your browser’s print function.
